Energetic & Somatic Healing Intensive

This intensive energetic, somatic, and therapeutic letting go session is for you if you feel stuck on your healing journey and unable to let go.

This event will help you to:

- Tap into repressed emotions to truly understand what is keeping you stuck and why

- Release what’s been holding you back so you can move forward feeling lighter energetically, physically, and mentally

- Surround yourself with people who support you and who have similar intentions 

- Carry the frequency of your aligned self to replace your limiting subconscious beliefs

When you let go you become more aligned with your authentic self. You create space for new things to come in. During this event you will let go physically and energetically so you can make space for new things to come in and align more with your authentic self.

Together, we will: 

- Set the space energetically so each participant can open up as fully as they see necessary to release the deep wounds and blocks in their lives.

- Connect with yourself and others through sharing on deep reflection topics.

- Meditate with Reiki to connect to the deepest core parts of you, feel them, and listen to them.

- Enagge in an intentional letting go ceremony of breaking plates.

- Restore the energetic space. 

You will leave feeling fckn amazing like the bad juju has been washed away, and the floodgates have opened so you are finally able to let go of core wounds that have been holding you back, allowing pure awesomeness to flow in.
